BTW Media llc, is a private web development agency, maintaining numerous interactive web sites across the worldwide web. Founded by Ben Thomas, BTW has been designing, providing, streaming, and revolutionizing the way you browse the web for over four years. From PHP Applets, into Proxy Software, leading all the way to interactive games involving  community members in the masses, BTW Media strives to provide you and your internet peers with the latest in the revolution of internet. Digi-Petz is one of the many exclusive services which are open to everyone at no cost, which BTW Media llc has offered. It doesn't stop there. BTW Media isn't just enhancer of the internet, but also other lively aspects as well! Check out some of our divisions, across the internet.

Digi-Petz is a virtual pet site, community, and web game for all ages. Digi-Petz began construction in July, 2005. Digi-Petz launches v1 public on March 10th, 2006. Digi-Petz had about 4,500 members at this time. Later, in July 2006, we began beta testing v2 and launched it live around the end of the month. During the  release of v2, all users were lost from our database, giving a fresh new start. Through 2006, 2007, and 2008, v2 survived a total of 20 months. Nearly 10,000 members exist. In November 2007, Digi-Petz v3 began construction, to open in March, 2008. Digi-Petz v3 redefined Digi-Petz, making an extraordinary statement, and we were able to keep all members through the new transaction. Digi-Petz v3 is the modern day version of Digi-Petz which you are playing now.

On Tuesday August 20th, 2008 the original Head Administrator, Founder, and leader of Digi-Petz resigned from his position. However, Ben Thomas continued his position as the Executive Director of BTW MEDIA, LLC. Although Ben still had control over the site's business, he no longer ran the actual open source side. Chase Ginther had taken office as Head Administrator and Divisional Director of Digi-Petz v3.

On November 13th, 2008, Chase Ginther resigned from BTW MEDIA to pursue personal goals. At such time, Digi-Petz v3 became temporarily re-advised by previous administrator Ben Thomas.
